Do I have to wear a uniform or can I just go to work on every day clothes?

Uniform: All team members are required to wear our company uniform. This includes a branded Polo shirt and pants or shorts of a neutral color. Our uniform is not only comfortable but also practical for the physical nature of our work. An apron is also required. You will be provided with one.
Footwear: Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are a must. They should be non-slip and provide good support, as our team members spend a lot of time on their feet. Crocs or sandals are not an option.
Hair: Hair should always be neatly tied back if it’s long, to prevent it from interfering with work. We also offer a company-branded hat which can be used to keep hair out of the face and add an extra touch of professionalism to the uniform.
Jewelry: For safety reasons, we advise against wearing dangling jewelry, especially earrings and necklaces. Simple and small items, like wedding rings or small earrings, are usually acceptable.
Personal hygiene: We expect our team members to maintain good personal hygiene. This not only contributes to a professional appearance, but also assures our clients that we take cleanliness seriously, both personally and professionally.
ID Badge: Each team member will be provided with an ID badge which should be visibly worn during work hours. This helps to identify our team members to clients and reinforces the professional image of The Tidy Team.

What are the working hours?
Our working hours vary based on our clients’ needs. We strive to create a flexible schedule that benefits both our employees and clients. We work from Monday to Saturday from 8:30AM to 5PM. Weekend work is only given to people who want to work on weekend, it is not required. More details about the working hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
Is there room for advancement within the company?
Yes, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for growth within our company. We offer various training programs and encourage internal promotions. However, the VIPs in our company are the cleaning technicians. You may not be able to make as much as they do if you decide to transition to an office position.
Is there training provided?
Absolutely! We provide comprehensive training to all our new employees. Our goal is to ensure our team members are confident and well-equipped to provide the best service to our clients. It is important that you follow our training and do as you’re taught. This will make the cleaning experience the same for every client, and it will allow us to systematize the process. If you don’t follow the system, your mentor will talk to you so that you address any concerns you may have about the system.
What is the company culture like?
We pride ourselves on having a friendly and supportive company culture. We believe in teamwork, mutual respect, and creating a positive work environment for everyone. We love our employees and they are the VIPs in the company, but we have no room for toxic people. Difficult people will get reviewed and if they are not up to our very high standards, they will be let go.

Assuming that everything is going well and no major issues have arisen, we transition into the final stage: monthly evaluations. These assessments are comprehensive, covering your performance over a longer period and providing a platform for discussing long-term goals and career progression within The Tidy Team.
