Levels of Deep Cleaning:

Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning: Most comprehensive and time-consuming, includes cleaning appliances (oven and refrigerator) and inside cabinets.

Deep Cleaning: Similar to Top-to-Bottom but excludes oven, refrigerator, and inside cabinets.

One-Time Cleaning: For homes cleaned by us before but neglected for 2-4 months. Ideal for occasional use without recurring discounts.

Yes we do! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning service. We also call it “Maintenance Cleaning”. Each frequency comes with a discount of 15, 10 or 5%.

You do not have to, we provide everything so you have nothing to worry about. However, if you need us to use a special cleaner or your vacuum cleaner, we can do that. However, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for damage to the unit. 

Not at all! In fact, about 80% of our clients are never home when we clean their home. Most of them we have never even met! You can open the door for us remotely, leave us a key hidden somewhere, provide a key, or leave the backdoor open. There are many options available and we will work with whatever works for you.

Yes, The Tidy Team is a pet friendly company. However, we ask that you either put your pets inside their cage or inside a room that will not be cleaned prior to our arrival. We also do not pick up after your pet. This includes feces and urine. 

We may send one cleaner to a small apartment but we usually send teams of two, three or even four cleaning technicians to bigger houses and moving related or top-to-bottom cleaning projects.

It is our goal to send the same cleaning techs every time, barring any illness or vacation time, or personal issues. However, if you have a weekly clean on Wednesdays at 10AM and you reschedule to Friday at 2PM, you might not get the same people  because they will be busy.
