What if I Don't Want a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning?
If you feel you don’t need a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning, the next best option would be a One-Time General Cleaning. It’s about half the investment of a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning.
Before we go into what it entails and pricing, about 80% of the people who call us get a TTBDC to get started. And about 80% of the people who do not think they need a deep cleaning really need a TTBDC.
We have a dirt code for this. Every house that is above Level 6, needs a Top-to-Bottom Deluxe Cleaning.
So, what’s the dirt code?
1-2 Immaculate. Recurring cleaning is enough.
3-4 is at maintenance level. Add up to 2-3 extra hours, depending on size of house.
5-6 there’s significant buildup in the showers and dust, we add up to 3-5 hours, depending on size of house.
7-8 they should start with a TTBDC.
9-10 require a TTBDC for sure.
If you only want a One-Time cleaning on a house that requires a TTBDC, we would not have enough time to clean all those hard to reach areas and we would focus our time and energy on the basics rather than hand cleaning all those high and low areas and hard-to-reach places. Yes we do! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring cleaning service. We also call it “Maintenance Cleaning”. Each frequency comes with a discount of 15, 10 or 5%.

You do not have to, we provide everything so you have nothing to worry about. However, if you need us to use a special cleaner or your vacuum cleaner, we can do that. However, we do not assume any responsibility or liability for damage to the unit.
Not at all! In fact, about 80% of our clients are never home when we clean their home. Most of them we have never even met! You can open the door for us remotely, leave us a key hidden somewhere, provide a key, or leave the backdoor open. There are many options available and we will work with whatever works for you.
Yes, The Tidy Team is a pet friendly company. However, we ask that you either put your pets inside their cage or inside a room that will not be cleaned prior to our arrival. We also do not pick up after your pet. This includes feces and urine.
We may send one cleaner to a small apartment but we usually send teams of two, three or even four cleaning technicians to bigger houses and moving related or top-to-bottom cleaning projects.
