What's Our Cancellation Policy?

The Tidy Team offers flexibility to our clients. However, we do have certain regulations in place. 

Our policies are aimed at ensuring a dependable and consistent experience for both customers and service providers. 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but canceling or rescheduling a booking on short notice results in professionals losing out on valuable work, company losing out on other potential cleanings, and time, gas and effort spent traveling to destination. Hence, we charge fees for cancellations or rescheduling that occur within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of your booking.
