Client Responsibilities: As a client, it is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your cleaning needs, access to your premises, and any specific instructions or requirements as well as changes to the scope of service like adding a new dog or adding a person living in the home. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that schedules can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. We ask that you provide at least 24 – 48 hours of notice prior to your scheduled cleaning appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel your cleaning appointment within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged to your account. This fee is necessary to compensate our team for the lost time and opportunity to provide services to other clients. You can check our cancellation policy and fees here.No Shows or Lockouts:
If our team arrives for your scheduled cleaning appointment and is unable to gain access to your premises or if you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice, a no-show fee of the full value of the appointment will be charged to your account. This fee is necessary to compensate our team for the lost time and opportunity to provide services to other clients.Lockouts occur when our team is unable to access your property. Please provide our team with a working key or access instructions before your appointment. If we are locked out and unable to access your property, a lockout fee of the full value of the cleaning appointment will be charged to your account.
We make every effort to reach your home in a timely manner. Oftentimes fighting traffic and long distances. Please have the courtesy to let us know if you will not be home when we arrive. We cannot wait 30 minutes for you to arrive because we may have other houses after yours. If you fail to provide a way for us to get in in a timely fashion, you may incur penalties like a percentage of the total price of the cleaning or if the offense is habitual, we may be forced to cancel service.Exceptions to Cancellation Fees:
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, such as sudden illness, family emergencies, or inclement weather, which may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment without providing sufficient notice. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options and possible exceptions to cancellation fees.By booking our services, you agree to our cancellation policy and fees. We reserve the right to modify or change our cancellation policy and fees at any time without prior notice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy and fees, please do not hesitate to contact us.
